WEB SITE Development Plans Labor Rates Next Day (9 AM – 5 PM)– Ala' Carte rate = $135.00 Same Day (9AM – 5PM)– Ala' Carte rate = 135.00 + $50.00 per call (Same Day
Surcharge) Maintenance Plans There are basically two maintenance plans, The Executive Service Plan and the
Block time Plan. Executive Service Plan: The "Executive Service Plan" gives you a 4 hour response time, and 4 free labor hours a month, we
charge $675.00/month;
initially you are charged 2 months in advance. The term of the contract is governed by your payments, it is assumed that you are yearly customer. As long as you pay your invoice, your contract is in effect. The actual price is broken down as follows.
All other regular labor for the month is billed at $100.00/hour. If you don't use your 4 hours you get to carry over 2 hours per month. If your average monthly usage
is going to be more than 4 hours a month this is the plan for you. If you have a balance at the end of the year you can apply it toward extending your contract If you start accumulating a
large number of hours, we will allow a conversion to our Block Time Contract, at a prorated rate of $105.00/hr. Block Time Contract:
You can also control your maintenance costs by prepaying for hours, which is our second plan. The number of
hours you prepay determines your discount. I can send you a contract and you can look it over to see if it is something you want to do. This plan is basically next business day service, if you
want same day service there is a $50.00/call response charge. The payment schedule is as follows: All contract hours are good until used, effectively freezing the labor rate.
Payment plans – Regardless
of the payment plan, your balance can never go negative. Any negative balance is payable upon of receipt of our invoice, all hours not covered by the contract are billed at our Ala Carte rate.
If you are going to do the 48 hour or above plan, you should think about the Executive Service plan, it the
best value for your money. No upfront money(except first monthly payment), you get 4 hours a month free with the plan, 2 hours carry over in a hour bank if you don't use all you
hours. These hours never time out. You get 4 hour response time, and all labor hour over 4 hrs. per month is billed at 105.00/Hr. This is the same as a 48 hour contract, but with
monthly payments and 4 response time. All calls for service outside of regular weekday working hours is
1.5 times the 9 AM – 6 PM weekday daily rate.
